Sole Elliptical Beats Any Treadmill

I didn't know much about the elliptical trainers. I knew all about treadmills. I have used treadmills in the past and remembered that I didn’t enjoy them at all. They were loud, cumbersome and I didn’t like the feeling of my feet slapping against the moving tread. My knees got hurt, and besides that, I had a lot of trouble just keeping my balance.

As you know, there are people who don't like to work out, and I'm among them. I enjoy the feeling I get after I work out but getting motivated to work out is difficult. During exercises, I like to be distracted a bit. The fact that I got 15 pounds extra made me want to start exercising. I couldn't properly enjoy in the aerobic videos I rented. I had a gym membership, but I simply didn't have the time to visit it. My husband said that we buy an elliptical trainer for our home. And then we started to look for an elliptical trainer that would be best for our budget.

And Sole elliptical is what we chose. This machine has a lot of advantages, but the silent workout it provides is absolutely the best. I have it set up in my office so that I am able to put my 20 minutes in and watch my favorite show at the same time. I don’t have to have the television volume turned to a deafening level just to be able to hear over the sound of the elliptical. Elliptical machine is a super quiet piece of fitness equipment, when compared to treadmill.

Other great benefit of this elliptical trainer is that the footpads move together with your feet. When I raise my foot to make a stp, the footpad on the elliptical trainer will raise together with my foot. There is no slapping your feet on a moving tread. The elliptical trainer offers a fluid motion since the arm bars are moving along with your body, and this is the best way to keep your balance and get a total body workout.

After exercising on this Sole elliptical, it is hard for me to imagine moving back to a treadmill.
